FluentMe Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Anton Zvonov (“Administration”, “we”) and an Internet user (“User”, “you”) arising from the use of the FluentMe web platform (“Service”).
By registering for or using any feature of the Service, you fully and unconditionally accept this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
1.1. FluentMe is a platform for organizing language learning and teaching.
1.2. Features include dashboards for Teachers and Students, tools to create and complete lessons, and AI-assisted functionality.
2.1. To use the Service you must register and create a unique account.
2.2. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
2.3. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify the Administration immediately at support@fluentme.online.
2.4. We do not disclose student email addresses to teachers, or teacher email addresses to students, in the Service interface.
3.1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
3.2. You must not:
- Use the Service to send spam or distribute malware;
- Upload content that infringes third-party rights or is abusive or offensive;
- Attempt to circumvent technical restrictions of the Service;
- Use the Service to build competing products or for automated data collection (scraping).
4.1. The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence to generate and assess exercises.
4.2. You understand that AI output may contain factual errors or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee that AI-generated materials are fully correct.
4.3. AI-based progress indicators are advisory only.
5.1. FluentMe design, software, logos, and system materials are owned by the Administration.
5.2. Teachers retain rights in their own teaching materials uploaded to the Service, granting the Service a non-exclusive license to store and display them for educational purposes.
6.1. Certain features may be offered on a paid basis (subscription or one-time purchase).
6.2. Payment terms, pricing, and refund rules are published in the Service interface.
6.3. The Administration may change prices by posting updated information on the website or in the account.
7.1. The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will meet all your expectations or run without interruption.
7.2. During active development (Beta), temporary outages, data loss, or feature changes may occur without prior notice.
7.3. To the extent permitted by law, the Administration is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
8.1. We may suspend or delete your account for breach of this Agreement without prior notice.
8.2. You may stop using the Service at any time by requesting account deletion from support at support@fluentme.online.
9.1. The Administration may change this Agreement unilaterally. The current version is always available on this page.
9.2. Disputes should first be addressed by email at support@fluentme.online.
